Hide AdHR Services Scotland managing director and owner Andy Purdon established the firm in December 2010 and has funded its growth with retained profits.
He said targets for 2016 include relaunching its SME business plan, while improving existing products and introducing new product lines “to consolidate its position”.
The business, which now operates in training and is looking to expand these activities, also intends to generate a bespoke health-and-safety proposal, enabling clients to obtain key government-based accreditation.
Purdon said: “Each year since launch has seen steady and sustainable growth, which we are continuing to accelerate.”
Its partners include legal firm Simpson & Marwick and telecommunications provider HighNet.
