Hamilton-based HR Services Scotland, which provides human resources, employment law and health-and-safety services across the UK, said the projected turnover figure marks year-on-year growth of 25 per cent from £400,000.
It said it aims to expand its portfolio of retained clients to a minimum of 200 from 155 and increase its headcount from 11 at present to 14 by the spring and no less than 16 by the end of December.
HR Services Scotland managing director and owner Andy Purdon established the firm in December 2010 and has funded its growth with retained profits.
He said targets for 2016 include relaunching its SME business plan, while improving existing products and introducing new product lines “to consolidate its position”.
The business, which now operates in training and is looking to expand these activities, also intends to generate a bespoke health-and-safety proposal, enabling clients to obtain key government-based accreditation.
Purdon said: “Each year since launch has seen steady and sustainable growth, which we are continuing to accelerate.”
Its partners include legal firm Simpson & Marwick and telecommunications provider HighNet.
