Youth charged with attacking pensioner

A TEENAGER appeared in court yesterday charged with assaulting a 76-year-old woman in her home in Dunblane.

Ryan Liddell, 19, from Dunblane, appeared at Stirling Sheriff Court charged with assault with intent to rape.

He made no plea and was remanded in custody.
