A TEENAGER broke a woman’s jaw when he lashed out in a nightclub called The Chill Out Zone.

Scott Sneddon denied assaulting Lesley White during the incident in Bathgate, West Lothian, in January.

But at Livingston Sheriff Court yesterday, the 18-year-old pleaded guilty to causing the injury by behaving in a culpable and reckless manner.

Sheriff Janys Scott QC ordered Sneddon, from Armadale, to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work and put him under social work supervision for a year. She said: “You must address the anger management issues, otherwise you’ll find yourself sitting in that seat again and you’ll be exiting by a different door.”
