Tymoshenko plans Euro court appeal

Ukraine’s jailed ex-prime minister says she will end efforts in her country to overturn her conviction for abuse of office, claiming courts are controlled by the government.

Yulia Tymoshenko’s office said yesterday she would be appealing to the European Court of Human Rights.
