Two arrested after boy, 9, shot dead

two teenagers have been taken into custody after a 9-year-old boy was shot dead in southern France, police said.

The shooting outside a public housing project in the city of Mende and a 13-year-old and 15-year-old were taken in for questioning yesterday.
