South Sudanese to choose a homeland

The International Organisation for Migration said Sudan and South Sudan had signed a deal allowing half a million South Sudanese to choose where they want to live.

But IOM spokesman Jumbe Omari Jumbe said the deal sets an 8 April deadline that is almost impossible to meet.
