Serbia remembers Balkan war victims

SERBIA is drafting a new declaration to commemorate its own victims of the Balkan wars after apologising for the 1995 Serb massacre of Muslims in Srebrenica.

Parliament speaker Slavica Djukic Dejanovic said the declaration will condemn the crimes committed against Serbs during the ethnic conflicts in the former Yugoslavia in the 1990s.
