Scots father dies during family holiday in Spain
Tragedy struck as Liam Stewart, 26, was with his wife and two children on the island of Majorca.
The family were holidaying at the resort of Alcudia, on the north-east coast of the island.

Hide AdThe Foreign Office confirmed it was aware of Liam’s death and was offering consular assistance to his family, who have now returned to their home in Dundee.
A cause of death hasn’t yet been revealed.
Hundreds took to social media to pay their respects to Liam and offer support to his wife Nicky and his sister Katie.
Claire Cavin said: “Thinking of you and the boys so much, can’t ever imagine what you are going through! Forever in my heart xxx.”
Meanwhile, Lesley Mcmahon said: “Cannot even begin to understand what you are going through.”
Other friends paid tribute to Liam, calling him an “amazing guy” and a “true gent”.
Derek Simpson said: “Just heard, absolutely devastated. Thoughts are with you and the family. A true gent taken too soon.”
Ashley Murphy said: “Can’t believe it! Such an amazing guy! Thoughts are with you and your family.”
Liam had been on holiday with his family in the resort of Alcudia, which sits on the north-east coast of the island.

Hide AdA spokesman for the UK Government’s Foreign and Commonwealth Office said: “We are aware of the death of a British national in Majorca, Spain, in June 2014. We are providing consular assistance to the family at this sad time.”
The port of Alcudia is known for its shallow water and sandy beaches.
The resort is popular with families, with water parks, go-karts and tourist trains.
Majorca is the largest of the Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean Sea and attracts up to two million British tourists every year.
Liam and his family were believed to be staying at a Club MAC hotel at the time of Liam’s passing.
The hotel declined to comment.
