Rain brings chaos to south-east France

Heavy rains and flooding in southern France forced the evacuation of hundreds of people over the weekend.

Three people died in weather-related incidents as a dozen regions remained on alert last night. Some 600 people have already been evacuated along the coast and in the Alps in the south east of the country, authorities said.
