Quake survivors perish in tent fire

Two children have died in a fire that broke out inside a tent housing survivors of two earthquakes that struck eastern Turkey, according to reports.

Local news says a six-year-old boy and his 12-year-old sister died in the tent that caught light from a stove-heater yesterday. Two other children were injured in the fire in the village of Karpuzalan, in Van province.
