Muslim cleric backs seminary plan

Turkey’s top Muslim cleric has supported calls for the government to allow the reopening of a Greek Orthodox seminary near Istanbul.

Mehmet Gormez spoke out after meeting Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I during his historic visit to Turkey.
