Mugabe loyalists have EU bans lifted

The European Union has removed 51 supporters of Zimbabwe’s president Robert Mugabe from a list of people facing travel and banking bans in the 27-nation union.

Two more ministers can travel to help in negotiations to “re-engage” on relations between Zimbabwe and the EU.
