Kiev blizzard clean up photo is actually of Moscow

Residents of Kiev suspect city authorities are trying to pull a fast one over their efforts to clean up from a huge blizzard.

A photo on the city’s official website on Sunday after 20in of snow shows three ploughs clearing a street. The street is in Moscow. A Kiev spokeswoman said it was “a technical mistake”.
