Health scare over China nuts and oil

CARCINOGENIC mildew has been found in peanuts and cooking oil in the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen, food safety officials have said.

Cancer-inducing aflatoxin was found last week in the Sichuan plant of the Mengniu Dairy company, forcing a wider inquiry and the destruction of its products.
