Ambassador snubs Philippines demand

Cambodia’s ambassador has failed to appear before officials in the Philippines after being summoned to explain his criticism of Manila’s stance on territorial disputes with China.

Cambodia is current chair of the ten-nation Association of Southeast Asian Nations, asked to consider such disputes.
