Woman charged after man found stabbed in Edinburgh

A 22-year-old woman has been charged in connection with an attempted murder of a 49-year-old man in Edinburgh on Thursday, police have said.

The woman was detained after a man was found with stab wounds in Duff Street.

Two more women, aged 53 and 58, and a 30-year-old man, had also been charged in connection with the incident.

Police were called to the property at about 22:20 on Thursday night. The man was taken to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary.

All four accused are due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Monday.
