Woman, 72, dies in hospital after crash

AN ELDERLY woman has died after being involved in a car crash, police said yesterday. Margaret Love, 72, from Fort William was a passenger in a Fiat which was in an accident with another car in Taynuilt in Argyll on 2 January.

Strathclyde police said she died in the Southern General Hospital in Glasgow on Thursday. The driver of the car, a 71-year-old man, is still in a serious condition in the same hospital.
