Wishart aims to pass with Honours

Michelin-starred chef Martin Wishart has announced his new Edinburgh city-centre bistro, The Honours, is to open in July.

The chef, who has a restaurant and cook school in Leith, said the venture in North Castle Street would be a French bistro using Scottish produce.
