A wheely good effort

EAST Lothian Council has won an award for promoting cycling across the county.

Cycling Promotion Officer, Iain Reid, picked up the Broxap Award for Outstanding Achievement in Cycle Promotion 2010 at the Cycling Scotland Annual Conference earlier this month.

Cabinet Member for Planning and the Environment, Barry Turner, said: "It's fantastic that East Lothian has won this prestigious national award for promoting cycling."
