THE Scotch Whisky Experience in Castlehill throws open its doors today following a £1 million renovation.

It was developed in partnership with leading industry experts, including the Scotch Whisky Research Institute.

Susan Morrison, director and general manager, said: “The main aim of the new design was to create an interactive, customer-friendly environment with a quality of experience that leaves a lasting impression.

“We want to continue to challenge traditional preconceptions and stereotypes of Scotch whisky in everything we do.”
