Web poke for science parks

SCOTLAND'S science parks are being urged to embrace the world of social networking.

The UK Science Park Association is considering holding a series of internet-based seminars aimed at park bosses and their tenants to bring them up to speed with networking tools such as Twitter and Facebook.

George Walker, park manager at Pentlands Science Park, part of the Edinburgh Science Triangle project, said: "We will be working with the Edinburgh Science Triangle to deliver a social networking seminar to our tenants."
