Video trial man banned

A MAN charged with trying to make indecent videos of two 14-year-old girls was yesterday banned from entering the town of Livingston, West Lothian.

Gary Sneddon, 36, pleaded not guilty to two charges of lewd and libidinous conduct and one of assault to injury. Trial was set for August.

The offences allegedly took place in a house in Livingston, at an address in Bathgate and elsewhere between 21-28 March.

Sneddon, of Marina Road, Bathgate, West Lothian, was released on bail with the special condition.
