Video: Toronto mayor Rob Ford dances to Bob Marley

CONTROVERSIAL Mayor of Toronto Rob Ford has been filmed in a council meeting dancing to Bob Marley and a Christmas number.

Mayor Ford, who has received widespread criticism for smoking crack, was filmed dancing along to One Love, by the reggae icon, and an unidentified Christmas song.

He has rebuffed increasing pressure to resign over his admission that he has used crack, along with revelations of other erratic behaviour.

Toronto City Council has stripped Ford, 44, of most of his powers in attempt to sideline him but the conservative mayor plans to seek re-election in 2014.

Ford, the 64th Mayor of the Canadian city, has claimed he has given up drinking alcohol, and participates in daily exercise, following a ‘come to Jesus moment’.
