Van Morrison in one-off gig

LEGENDARY musician Van Morrison is to play a one-night-only gig at the Edinburgh Playhouse.

His distinctive blend of R&B, soul and Celtic influences has earned him a host of awards, including six Grammys, induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and a BRIT Award for Outstanding Contribution to British Music.

He will be performing in the Capital on March 31. Tickets for the show go on sale Friday, January 20, at 9am.
