Under-12s side signs up psychologist

ONE of the Capital’s top youth football clubs have employed a sports psychologist to improve their under-12s boys team.

Hutchison Vale have enlisted performance psychologist Tracy Donachie, 29, to run workshops for teams at the club and teach the coaches how to get the best out of their budding stars.

The club even plan to roll out the sports psychology workshops to kids as young as eight.
