UK’s youngest mum forgives rapist brother

A TEENAGER dubbed Britain’s youngest mother says she has forgiven the brother who impregnated her by raping her aged just 11.

Tressa Middleton, now 18, came face to face with 23-year-old Jason at the recent funeral of their mother, Tracey Tallons.

He was jailed in 2009 after admitting the rape but was released in March and carried his mother’s coffin after the 39-year-old succumbed to pneumonia.

Miss Middleton was attacked by her brother while they grew up in Bathgate, West Lothian.

But Miss Middleton, who has relocated to Dumfries, said meeting her brother had given her the closure she craved.

She said: “It was the first time I’d seen him in four years, but I didn’t feel any hatred towards him. I know what he did was wrong, and so does he, but my mum wouldn’t want it to ruin our lives.”
