Where’s the car? Not in the garage

It SEEMS garages are used to store just about everything…except the car.

Just 19 per cent of Britain’s 28 million cars are put away in a garage at night, though two-fifths of households have access to one, analysis by the RAC Foundation showed.

The study showed that 53 per cent of cars are left on driveways and 25 per cent are parked on the street, with 3 per cent being left elsewhere.
