Victorian diary leaps into the digital era

THE private diary of a London clerk is to be serialised online more than 160 years after it was written.

The 1846 diary of Nathaniel Bryceson, 19, gives an insight into Victorian London, describing public hangings, his love life and the weather, plus news headlines of the day, including the wedding anniversary of Queen Victoria.
