UK pair smuggled £1.5m of heroin

Two men have been jailed for smuggling 13 kilos (29lb) of pure heroin with an estimated street value of £1.5 million into the UK.

Jeffery Green, 53, of Manchester, and Paul Gleeson, 52, of Wigan, were arrested by UK Border Agency officers in Dover, Kent, on 28 June last year.
