London: Three men were being questioned today by detectives hunting the killers of a have-a-go-hero. Sukhwinder Singh, 31, died from a stab wound to the heart after he confronted the men in Barking, London. He chased them after seeing them rob a 28-year-old woman of her handbag. Three suspects were arrested yesterday.

Devon: The country's smallest police officer has hit the streets measuring just five feet tall. Robin Port, 29, joked that he can take out the legs of any criminals and what he lacks in size he makes up in strength. The former soldier began his training with Devon and Cornwall Police last March.
