Terror accused trial adjourned

THE trial of nine men accused of plotting terrorist attacks on major London targets in the run-up to Christmas has been adjourned.

The suspects, whose targets allegedly included the London Stock Exchange, the Houses of Parliament and the US Embassy, will appear at Woolwich Crown Court tomorrow, when it is expected the prosecution will open the case.

All nine suspects have denied conspiring to cause explosions likely to endanger life or damage property between 1 November and 21 December, 2010.
