Supergrass to split up after 17 years

CHART act Supergrass are to split after 17 years following a series of summer shows.

The band – whose hits include Alright – said they were heading their separate ways due to "musical differences".

Supergrass will round off their career with four farewell shows, starting at Glasgow Barrowland on 8 June and ending in Paris on 11 June.
