Soap supremo quits ‘exhausting’ job

EASTENDERS executive producer Bryan Kirkwood, who has overseen the show during its controversial baby-swap plot, is leaving after two years.

Kirkwood said he was moving on after his stint in one of the most exciting but “exhausting” jobs in TV.
