‘Secret trial’ student guilty of terror charge

LAW student Erol Incedal was found guilty by the jury in the secret trial at the Old Bailey of possessing a bomb making document on a memory card which was likely to be useful to a terrorist, it can now be reported.

But the jury was discharged after it failed to reach a verdict on another charge of preparing an act of terrorism with others abroad.

A provisional retrial date of February 23 next year was set at a hearing before Mr Justice Nicol today.
