Public school pupil in child porn probe

A PUPIL at one of Britain’s top public schools has been arrested over child porn allegations.

Police interviewed the 16-year-old boy, from Charterhouse School in Godalming, Surrey, after he was arrested last Thursday. His computer and other materials were taken away for examination.

A Surrey Police spokesman said: “A 16-year-old boy was arrested in Godalming on 22 March on suspicion of making indecent images of a child. Following interview he has been released on police bail.”

It is not known if the teenager has been suspended from the school.
