‘Possessions peak’ for Britons is 48

BRITONS’ possessions are worth the most when their owners are 48, research has claimed.

The survey found 48-year-olds reach a “possessions peak”, with goods worth an average of £52,587 stashed away in their homes. The study was based on findings from the Centre for Economics and Business Research, which looked at spending patterns.
