Police put dampers on rain–hit rave

Police have broken up an illegal rave attended by more than 1,000 people. Officers were called just after 12:30am to the site at Bellever Woods in Postbridge, on Dartmoor, Devon.

Police said no permission was sought for the event and heavy rain overnight was making driving in the rural area hazardous.
