Moore sculpture ownership wrangle

A COUNCIL that is planning to sell a Henry Moore sculpture may not be the legal owner.

Tower Hamlets, in London, decided to sell the council-owned Draped Seated Woman to recoup cash lost in budget cuts. It was originally sold by Moore to London County Council and charity the Art Fund said Tower Hamlets might not have the right to sell it.
