Man found who ran from mother’s death

Detectives are questioning a man who went on the run after the death of his own mother.

Andrew Cane, 30, went missing after the body of Linda Sheard was found at an address in Brixington, near Exmouth, on Wednesday evening.

He was arrested in Gloucester on Saturday.
