DISPOSABLE barbecues are an increasing problem on beaches, where they can cause injury to people,

anti-litter campaigners have warned. Keep Britain Tidy said it was receiving complaints about the tinfoil barbecues, including one from the family of a boy of a four whose leg was badly cut by a metal grill.
