Conmen ordered to pay back £1

Two financial advisers who conned investors out of more than £3 million in a property scam have been ordered to pay back just £1 each because they blew the money gambling.

Andrew Jelley, of Portsmouth, and Joseph Nunn, of Wiltshire, are serving six-year sentences.
