Con man tries to sell flat

Concerns are growing for a missing oil industry executive after a fraudster tried to sell her flat by posing as her brother.

Carole Waugh, 50, from London has not been seen by her family since mid-April when she attended a family party.

Scotland Yard Detective Chief Inspector John McFarlane said that since then “very substantial sums of money” have been stolen and at least three women have tried to impersonate her at banks and financial insitutions.
