Climate row uni broke law

THE university embroiled in a climate change row over stolen e-mails broke the law by refusing to comply with requests for scientific data, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) said today.

The University of East Anglia breached Freedom of Information rules in handling the requests by climate sceptics.
