Cheryl ends Gary’s reign in No.1 spot

Cheryl Cole achieved the fastest-selling single of the year as she stormed straight to the top of the charts with Call My Name.

The singer sold 152,000 copies in its first week of release to reach No.1, ending the two-week reign of Gary Barlow’s Diamond Jubilee anthem Sing.
