Channel 4’s festive message

A TRANSSEXUAL former policeman, two teachers and a dwarf will deliver Channel 4’s Christmas message this year.

The channel, which has broadcast an alternative to the Queen’s Christmas Day message since 1993, will show two this year.

The first will feature well-known faces from the channel’s shows including Max Laird from Seven Dwarves and Karen Gayle from My Transsexual Summer. There will also be a message from teachers Vic Goddard and Stephen Drew, from documentary Educating Essex.
