Car park shooting trial is delayed

THE trial of a man accused of gunning down Kevin Carroll in a supermarket car park has been delayed for a week following the death of QC Paul McBride.

Mr McBride, who died in his sleep in Lahore, Pakistan, on 4 March was due to represent 30-year-old Ross Monaghan who denies murdering Mr Carroll at Asda car park in Robroyston, Glasgow, on 13 January, 2010.
