Two held after £100k of drugs seized at Haymarket

POLICE arrested two men yesterday at Haymarket Station after seizing drugs with a street value of around £100,000.

British Transport Police confirmed that the arrests had taken place shortly before 4pm on Saturday.

The force said that the drugs were believed to be cannabis.

Two men, aged 29 and 31, are scheduled to appear at Edinburgh’s Sheriff Court on Monday.
