Trio kick and punch woman

A WOMAN was punched and kicked on the face and body during an attack by one man and two women in the city centre.

The 25-year-old victim was walking near to the junction with Castle Terrace when the trio began shouting at her at around 6.30pm on Monday.

They pushed the victim to the ground, where they began punching and kicking her.

The victim was taken to hospital where she was treated for deep cuts to her head.

The male is described as white, 25 to 30 years old, 5ft 10in tall with a slim build and shaved head. He was wearing dark jeans, brown shoes and thin rimless glasses.

One of the females is described as white, around 25 years old, between 5ft 2in and 5ft 4in tall, slim with long dark hair. She was wearing a black tracksuit and black trainers.
