More help for rail travellers

A TRAIN operator that links the Capital with England has launched a new mobile website to help passengers plan their journeys.

East Coast has developed the site with help from regular customers to ensure it is user-friendly.

Commercial and customer service director Peter Williams said: “The new mobile website is a great feature for our passengers who rely on their mobile devices when travelling to access the latest travel information. We created the mobile site following research with passengers.”
