Dundee-Perth trains disrupted as man hit by train
RAIL services between Dundee and Perth were disrupted this morning after a man was killed after being struck by a train
The man died after being hit by a freight train on the line, close to Riverside Drive in Dundee, shortly before 10.30am.
A British Transport Police spokesman said: “A man died after being struck by a train in the vicinity of Riverside Drive in Dundee at 10.20am. There were no suspicious circumstances. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
